Over 33 Years Serving The Whitefish Area
Hi my name is Patrick M. Sullivan. I moved to Whitefish in 1992 and started a lawn care business called Born to Mow. I sold that business in 1998 when I became an on-site caretaker/developement manager for 2200 acres which is now Whitefish Hills as well as a large estate at the head of Whitefish Lake. I worked hand in hand with the developement team on the ground and was in charge of new landscaping, logging, veiw site corridors and trails, security, design, fuels reduction, open space trail systems, architectural review committee chairman, maintenance of HOA common space and snow plowing. I was the man behind the gate with many hats. I also have my Real Estate license in Montana.
